Manhattan SC PSG 96 finished their Region I Premier League season in the middle of the North Division with a record of three wins, two losses and two ties. They won the Eastern New York State Cup with a 3-2 victory over Smithtown Arsenal to avenge their loss in last year's regional title game. Manhattan SC PSG marched through regionals scoring 17 goals while allowing only two to secure a Regional I Championship and a berth to the 2012 US Youth Soccer National Championships.

How they got to Nationals
SAA Real Madrid finished second in the 2012 Region III Premier League East Division with a record of seven wins and two losses. Real Madrid won their second consecutive Florida State Cup to advance to the Region III Championships. Their only loss in the Region III Championships was in the group stage to FC Dallas after they had already sealed a place in the quarterfinals. They eventually won the championship game 2-1 in penalty kicks over GSA Phoenix 97 Red (GA) to earn a berth to the 2012 US Youth Soccer National Championships.

Fullerton Rangers 96 White clinched the 2012 Spring Far West Regional League championship. Fullerton advanced to the Region IV Championships winning the Cal South National Cup and also claimed the Fall Far West Regional League title. While winning the Region IV Championship, Fullerton only allowed one goal the entire tournament to claim back-to-back championships and earn a berth to defend their 2011 national crown.

Even with the loss in the Region II Championships the Chicago Magic gain entry to the 2012 US Youth Soccer National Championships with their National League divisional win.

Jorge became a professional soccer player at the age of 17 when he signed with the 3rd Division of Atlas de Guadalajara. He spent four years in the Atlas Youth Division winning three National Championships; one in 3rd Division and two in 2nd Division.

CUP Crew Jrs Gold were the Spring 2012 Midwest Regional League Premier Division Red champions. They also won the Red Division of the 2011-2012 National League while scoring 20 goals and allowing only three. CUP Crew Jrs lost in the semi-finals of the Ohio South State Cup but advanced to Region II Championships with their Midwest Regional League divisional win. CUP Crew would win the championship without allowing a single goal in the entire tournament. Even with the Region II Championship win, CUP Crew Jrs Gold 96/97 advances to the 2012 US Youth Soccer National Championships with their National League divisional win.
