How they got to Nationals

PDA Harkes won the New Jersey State Cup to win their fifth State Cup in seven years to advance to the Region I Championships. PDA finished group play with a 2-1-0 record and advanced to the semifinals off a head-to-head tie breaker against Beachside SC (CT). PDA drefated FC Frederick 94 (MD) 4-0 and then Lake Grove SC United (NY-E) 3-0 in the final to win their second Region I Championship title as a team.

How they got to Nationals

A Missouri State Cup finals win sent Springfield SC to the Region II Championships. Springfield advanced out of group play with a 2-1-0 record advancing with a head-to-head tiebreak over Omaha FC (NE). In the semifinals Springfield defeated National League Red Division winners  and 2012 National Championship finalists Raiders FC Premier (IL) 1-0 to advance to the Regional final. The finals would go to penalty kicks where Springfield would win against Grand Rapids Crew Juniors (MI) to advance to the US Youth Soccer National Championships.

How they got to Nationals

Team Boca won their first State Cup title to earn their way to the Region III Championships. Boca advanced out of Pool play with a perfect 3-0-0 record while scoring a group play high nine goals and allowing just 2. Boca defeated Preier League West representative Blitz-Thunder United (OK) 3-0 in the quarterfinals and followed it up with a 3-0 win against Dallas Texans Red (N-TX) to advance to the Regional final. Team Boca defeated 95 Lions White (S-TX) 4-0 in the final to finish the elimination rounds with 10 goals while allowing none.

Albion USA won their third consecutive California South State Cup title on its way to the Region IV Championships. Albion advanced out of group play with a 3-0-0 record scoring six goals and allowing only two. Albion defeated local side Abunai 95 (HI) in the quarterfinals 5-0 on the way to a tight 1-0 semifinal win over Inter FC 95 Premier (UT). Another tight game gave this Albion team its first Region IV title with a 2-1 win over Boise Nationals Premier (ID) and punched its ticket to the US Youth Soccer National Championships.

How they got to Nationals

A fourth straight Georgia State Cup title gave Concord Fire Elite entry to the Region III Championships. Concorde finished group play with a 2-0-1 record not allowing a single goal against. They would bow out of the competition in a 2-1 quarterfinals loss against eventual Regional finalist 95 Lions White (S-TX). Despite the loss Concorde finished first in the National League Blue Division with an undefeated 4-0-3 record to advance to return to the US Youth Soccer National Championships.

Raiders FC beat Galaxy 94/95 Blue (IL) in a rematch of last year's 2012 National Championship game to win the Illinois State Cup. Raiders would win their group at the Region II Championships scoring 9 goals and allowing none to go 3-0-0. An early semifinal exit would come as the Raiders would lose 0-1 to Springfield SC (MO) and keep them from having a chance to defend their 2012 Region II title. Despite the loss, Raiders finished in first place in the National League Red Division with a 6-0-1 record with 13 goals for and just two against to send them back to the National Championships.
