US Youth Soccer Championship

4,500 US Youth Soccer Players Kickoff the Championships in West Virginia

Teams, parents, referees, tournament officials and volunteers gathered at Marshall University’s Joan C. Edwards Stadium this afternoon for Opening Ceremonies to kickoff the beginning of the 2009 US Youth Soccer Region I (East) Championships. Preliminary games begin tomorrow at 8 a.m. at Barboursville Soccer Complex, Huntington YMCA Kennedy Center and Scott Orthopedics Soccer Complex, in Huntington, W.Va. MORE »
