Event Information:

  • On Site Registration: Team Registration will take place starting at 1:00 PM on Friday, June 19, 2015 at Players Choice of the Fox Cities, Address: County Rd JJ, Appleton, WI 54913. Team registration should be concluded by 4:30 PM. Team check-in is to be completed by team representatives; the entire team does not need to be present to register. Please have all proper paper work in order (Code of Conduct, Team Information Form, Team Player and Coach Eligibility Form). Player cards need to be laminated and in alphabetical order. All players must have copies of birth certificates.  Medical Release Clarification: The US Youth Soccer Board of Directors removed the requirement of requiring medical releases to be notarized at the September 2014 meeting.  Medical releases do not need to be notarized, nor are they required at check-in; however, we advise teams to carry their medical releases with them for and during the Region II Championships.

  • Parking: Parking passes are required and will be honored at both complexes. Parking will be available for purchase at Team Registration and will receive advance pricing. Online purchasing is now closed. Event parking passes previously pre-ordered online will be available for pick-up at Team Registration. Parking will be available for purchase on-site (cash only). Overnight parking is not allowed at either complex.

  • Field Maps: Scheels USA Youth Sports Complex | Southwest Park
  • Weather/Tournament Updates: Check the event standings and scores website for any updates. Weather and tournament updates will also be posted on the Region II website and on Region II Facebook and Twitter pages.
  • Thunderstorm Warning System: A thunderstorm warning will sound should inclement weather occur. The thunderstorm warning is one long blast from the siren / air horn. As soon as the thunderstorm warning is sounded, coaches and officials must remove players from the field and immediately seek shelter in an enclosed vehicle or building. The all clear signal is three short blasts from the siren / air horn, which indicates that coaches and players may return to the field of play.
  • Medical: Medical services will be provided on-site by: ThedaCare Orthopedics Plus Sports Medicine at the Scheels / USA Youth Complex and Bellin Health at the De Pere Southwest Fields. Complimentary taping will be provided; however, medical issues on the fields will have priority. Please bring supplies for taping. Read more.
  • Merchandise: Event merchandise will be available for purchase at both complexes starting Saturday, June 20. Select merchandise will also be available online.
  • Photo Services: All Star Action Photography will be on site Friday, June 19 to schedule your team photo. Coaches or managers need to register your team at the website below in order to schedule a time for your team picture. All teams must have a team photo scheduled before the end of Round Robin play. Orders will all be fulfilled on site by end of play Monday June 22. All Star will also be offering PRE-ORDER discounts on team packages and individual orders.   • Video Services: Full game video recording services are offered throughout the event. Book early to have your games filmed. Sports Video USA is a company dedicated to filming soccer games in different parts of the country. They use HD cameras mounted on 30-foot tall tripods to film the games from the best angle and view of the field. Learn about special offers and how to reserve the service.
