The vision of the Sereno Soccer Club is to become the best youth soccer club in the country for student athletes, coaches and families. The Club views the following attributes to be key to achieving its vision: a dedicated field complex; a strong alumni network, a well funded scholarship program, the best coaching and training staff in the country, an established performance evaluation system for all aspects of club, and strong relationships with its Corporate partners and local municipalities.

The mission of the Sereno Soccer Club is to develop well-balanced, successful student athletes in a team environment through instruction of the technical, tactical, physical and psychological aspects of soccer.
